Pros

Kind people with some really smart folks

Kontras

The people who gets promoted and praised are the people who work too much and have no wlb at all. No maturity of processes at all. Like another review said- HR is asking people to write a review here which is kinda weird and sus. Some of the management is very micromanaging.

Pros

Hyro has an incredible culture built on collaboration, passion, and innovation. The people here are not just colleagues—they are truly some of the most talented, driven, and supportive professionals I've had the pleasure of working with. The company embraces a work-hard, play-hard mentality, ensuring that while we push ourselves to achieve great things, we also celebrate our wins and enjoy the journey together. Everyone at Hyro is deeply committed to our mission of transforming healthcare through cutting-edge AI technology. It's inspiring to work alongside a team that genuinely believes in the impact of what we're building. Leadership fosters a culture of transparency, ownership, and continuous learning, making it a place where you can grow both professionally and personally. If you're looking for a company where values matter, innovation is encouraged, and your work has real-world impact, Hyro is the place to be.

Kontras

As with any fast-growing company, the pace at Hyro can be intense. The demand for innovation and results can sometimes lead to long hours, especially when working on tight deadlines or launching new initiatives. This can be a challenge for those who are used to a slower, more predictable pace. Additionally, due to the rapid expansion and evolving nature of the business, certain processes may not always be fully streamlined, which can require adaptability and flexibility. However, this also provides a great opportunity to contribute to shaping those processes and systems. While the company is committed to its mission and values, the growth stage means that it can sometimes feel like there's a lot of change happening all at once, and those who thrive in a more structured environment might need to adjust to the fluidity.
