The Mission: Selling education is genuinely rewarding. You aren't just pushing a widget; you are helping people change their careers and lives by getting into tech. It makes the "hard days" in sales much easier to handle. The People: The culture at HyperionDev is collaborative and intelligent. As a Manager, I felt supported by leadership and found the reps to be eager to learn and coachable. Autonomy: I was given a good amount of freedom to implement my own strategies and run my team. Management listens to data-driven ideas. Agility: We move fast. If you like an environment where you can test new pitches or pivot strategies quickly without months of red tape, you will like it here.
