Great Organization - Researcher bei Human Innovation: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I have been working with Human Innovation for almost a year now and they are a fantastic company to build a working relationship with as a freelancer. The key to success with the team is building trust by showing them that you can solidly get the job done. Once you have built that trust, the opportunities and growth potential here as a freelancer are far and wide-ranging. I really enjoy the energy and passion that they bring to each project, and I feel I have really developed my skills as a freelancer since working with them. Additionally, they are also highly flexible with where I work, which is a real bonus.

Project timings are tight, like anywhere really. You need to be very upfront with the time that you can give.

I had a candidate as me about the reviews on Glass Door so I thought I'd come a have a look. They're pretty hilarious - I've been chuckling way here at my desk. I have to say, it's pretty harsh. Some of the things are true (it is a very demanding place to work and the management drive you hard) but what's written here is way way over the top. Maybe it's changed since these reviews were written, but I actually think it's a pretty good place to work. And the CEO has always treated me well so I don't agree he's a maniac etc.... There have been some real wasters that have absolutely crashed out so maybe this is their view. We're working on a lot of really interesting projects here - much more than my mates at other agencies. I think it's pretty good actually

There is a few things that could be improving (working hours, pressure etc.), but I don't think it's any worse that any other fast growing company. There could be a bit more done on the cultural / social side, but I don't really hang around with work people anyway so it doesn't bother me...
