The company culture is the best I have seen in many years. They show care for their employees. They encourage and guide their employees to empower them and help them meet their goals.

I have no cons, and I have been with the company for over 3 years.

Competitive pay/remote friendly when necessary.

Subpar benefits with a high deductible. No formal or written policies. Conference calls and projects without project plans or clear goals. Disorganized corporate structure. Promoting managers into roles and areas that they have no knowledge of. It is a setup for failure. A lack of knowledge results in micromanagement and reactionary management practices. Changes in job titles without being provided updated job descriptions. No clear policies equates to managers being able to make up their own rules at their discretion.
