Pros

1)Coworkers are very nice and met some wonderful people 2) people in IT and HR are very helpful

Kontras

1) pay increases are extremely low, about 1-3% a year 2) management can be nasty and difficult to deal with, no wonder turnover is so high 3) benefits are terrible compared to other large companies 4) not much room for advancement 5) people work in silos 6) don’t expect HR to give you an overview of benefits before you start 7) in the office 5 days a work; even Hertz is hybrid 8) very high turnover, even though not many major employers in the area

Pros

Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!

Low pay for the position and all the added responsibilities super KPI driven if you miss a metric they don’t care even if you have valid reasons. Short staffed and not will to hire more help hence putting more on employees also don’t rent here shady business practices
