      The way that they treat their people at all levels. The culture locally has a lot to be desired, slightly better regionally...... very slightly.

      Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      I have to add five words but there are none

      Low pay for the position and all the added responsibilities super KPI driven if you miss a metric they don’t care even if you have valid reasons. Short staffed and not will to hire more help hence putting more on employees also don’t rent here shady business practices
