From day 1 of my employment, everyone has gone above and beyond to share their knowledge and best practices with me to ensure I got off to a fast-start and could begin making an impact.

Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

Low pay for the position and all the added responsibilities super KPI driven if you miss a metric they don’t care even if you have valid reasons. Short staffed and not will to hire more help hence putting more on employees also don’t rent here shady business practices
