      Pros

      If you work hard you're rewarded accordingly. Management is very helpful. Great camaraderie, everyone has a we are team mindset. Awesome vacation time! There is a lot of potential for growth.

      Need to have more training on the newer equipment. A tool allowance would be nice. It's a new company after splitting with hertz so change is constantly happening.

      Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      Low pay for the position and all the added responsibilities super KPI driven if you miss a metric they don’t care even if you have valid reasons. Short staffed and not will to hire more help hence putting more on employees also don’t rent here shady business practices
