I've had the opportunity to work at some great companies in my career BetterSkills is by far the best on many levels. We're led by one of the brightest and innovative entrepreneurial spirits around. My co-workers are talented, freakishly smart and ready to do anything it takes to solve a problem.

Be prepared to work! Not really a con, but you'll be tasked with contributing as much as your capable of, which is a wonderful thing.

Great company with very generous PTO policy. Health insurance is a huge plus too

There are literally no pros.

Leadership and management are terrible/nonexistent. The software hardly works - so many glitches, so you’re constantly trying to ruffle the feathers of upset clients. Huge lack of culture and terribly low morale.
