Pros
Hybrid work was a plus because the office is boring and dull. Getting invited to vendor events was the coolest part of this position.
Kontras
Work environment is off. They encourage you to enjoy your life but when you actually do log off at 5 pm they scold you for not working overtime to get assignments done. Micromanagement was an issue and there is no real structure.
