Constant restructuring and evolving job description. Process changes and new initiatives are rolled out without clear vision or direction. No job security...talented people are let go for suggesting ways to optimize projects ( leadership perceives this as insubordination). The constant threat of losing one's job places a constant overwhelming pressure to perform which is counter productive. Nepotism runs rampant within the leadership team and many leaders have neither the knowledge or experience to perform the role. This leads to high turnover in all departments. Systems and processes change daily while policy and procedures are not updated to reflect changes. Overall a gig stress environment where kissing up is valued over quality of work. Talented people are let go if a manager does not like them.
