No respect for efforts, knowledge, good consultation...all the teams and leadership wants is Revenue..and if you’re not doing the revenue then nothing is going to work even if you’re giving the best consultation to the clients and putting in your 100% effort...it’s basically a 24x7 job..even if you have to take week off, you will feel really bad as you will only think about the revenue...people enter this company as a Nutritionist or Fitness Trainer but later on everyone becomes the Sales person only..you will start seeing the difference in your day to day life..the only thing that you can learn here is to do sales....but that’s not good..everyone has their specialization and if that person is not doing that, then they become really depressed and frustrated...
