The only pro I can think of is the hybrid day that can be taken away if you don’t meet your quota The people are nice too

The CEO hasn’t been able to keep an employee for more than 2 years everyone quits Super unprofessional and there is no structure When you try to give feedback nothing changes internally it’s always on his terms what he wants to do The travel is brutal back to back conferences every week for 3 months Small company so the benefits aren’t fully there yet. No 401k. Expected to work past working hours - no work life balance
