      Great place to work. New things to learn

      Egoistic leadership. Won't listen to employees, in any meeting of 30 minutes leaders will talk for 28 minutes and will leave 2 minutes to listen with their egos. The new leadership is the worst and many people are leaving. Employee surveys are a joke, rather than listening to the feedback they focus on who made this comment. While trying to prove their existence, the new leadership is killing talented existing people.

Sorry you have a negative impression of senior leaders at the company - as you said in your headline, often there are growing pains when adjusting to new personalities and leadership styles, but we are confident that our executive team will take HealthEdge to new heights.

      Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members! Willingness and proactiveness to get feedback to help with getting better, improving, and refining processes and tools. Great active support to all employees, both tenured and freshies! Thank you HealthEdge! I am really looking forward to working on projects and serving our clients/customers together with the teams here at HealthEdge!
