Pros
They provided exelent training and had money to spend in projects and training. The benefits and pay are good and work hours were mostly 8 to 5. I always left work at 5 and never had to work extra.
Kontras
They have a bonus system to reward "heroes" so there was a bit of a cut trout culture. The R&D director was upset at me for giving ideas on how to improve a product. He wanted all the credit for himself. No team players at all. There is a culture of mediocrity because they have a profitable areas which no other company have been able to eat into their market share.
