Chairwoman indecisive and consistently makes bad decisions CTO is paranoid megalomaniac who can't design a product for his life, yet is allowed to design all products, ignoring input from marketing, sales, design teams. Chairwoman enables CTO CEO is unable to manage company under Chairwoman's control. Chairwoman laid off entire SF office and did not even give 2 weeks severance. Not even a modicum of care or gratitude towards employees. Due to poor management, company is doomed to fold. Taiwanese company culture is deathly afraid of failure and afraid to take any risks. All the while, CTO is allowed to release unproven, untested products that are extremely high risk because they are untested and unproven before tooling release.
