Pros
Beautifully-designed products that are frequently rated at or above Apple and Samsung. Company culture used to be great but now is deflated as we launch great products but don't put enough behind marketing them. Best phones that aren't selling. But the company has proven itself to innovate faster than the competition and is very nimble. Possible turnaround just as quickly.

Limited marketing budgets. Short-sighted leadership that is out of ideas.
