(Harassment) - Loads of work given from directors with no billable hours for it, them being judge for having low billability. - Projects, more often than not would run out of hours. - Lack of appreciation for their employees. - Insultingly low salaries!! - Absolutely no accountability of poor management. - Glorifies working on weekends and after 5pm
