The company frequently shifts direction, leaving employees uncertain about their future. This applies to long term employees as well as those as recently hired as 2 months. IT, which was once an independent and functional department, now **reports through Marketing**. This restructuring has caused confusion, as technical strategy is now managed alongside branding initiatives. IT operations lack a clear roadmap and as one reviewer stated, it seems to focus on the "lets try this now" philosophy. If you were excited about stepping into a specific role, be prepared for unexpected changes. Employees are **frequently reassigned** to completely different positions, often without discussion or the ability to decline. This makes career growth within the company challenging, as employees have little control over their trajectory. The company promotes **Value-Based Leadership**, but instead of fostering professional development, these values are **used as a tool to ensure compliance**.
