Although this company touts their "values" in theory, in reality they are a group of non-diverse individuals, who love antiquated technology and doing shady business. For a company who celebrates their people-focused culture, their actions show they are anything but. Yes, business landscapes change and layoff happen, but the way in which HOLT has approach their recent round of layoffs is nothing short of cruel. I learned a lot while working here, mainly the type of person/employee I don't want to be. Thanks for the lesson, and happy to have left the HOLT cult.
