I recently rejoined HMP Global after spending time at another organization, and my experience throughout the process has reinforced why I originally enjoyed working here. The team culture is genuinely supportive, and there’s a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork across departments. At HMP, I have experienced a positive and encouraging work environment, leadership that values employee wellness and growth, and a healthy work-life balance. I have personally found my colleagues to be both driven and approachable, which makes a huge difference in my day to day conversations. The one word I have used consistently to describe my career at HMP: Thriving!

During a serious illness involving a close family member over the last two years, he personally called me almost every night for over a month to check on me, ask how my family member was doing, and offer advice, support, and solutions. That level of compassion and personal involvement is rare, especially in leadership roles. There’s always a story to tell behind a company and its culture, and moments like that say more to me than any corporate statement ever could.
