Pros
Work at HCL Comnet is as good as working in an Indian Government Organization. No work pressure and ease at work. Yet its different from Government in the sense that it provides learning opportunities and constant growth. Also I like the Employee First philosophy of HCL.
Kontras
Low salary structure in comparison to other companies for the same work profile. It has some attributes of Government organization. Takes time to get Movement.
