- I do see people getting promoted every year or two years just because they know their Manager - Employees First, Customer Second is a marketing strategy to attract and keep the talent. But, I have never seen in working environment - If some one becomes the Manager then they just work on outlook to delegate the tasks by sending emails - Politics, Politics..Politics. They play around with the resources. - Poor Work Environment - Micro-management
