Hcl is an awesome company, however not in Brazil. I had the chance to visit OMCs , US, Krakow, Mx UK. In Brasil, high management fails in pay attention to contributors and in 5 years, the attrition and rotation numbers can make any manager, lead, SM jump from the chair. Around the globe, the slogan is strong and present, here in Brazil "employees first" is rarely mentioned.
