      Work life balance will be good for who is working for Cisco client Freedom will be there Learnings will be based on your project Experienced person can get good hike while joining, but the hike will be very less after that.

      Kontras

      There will not be much hike, so you will not be aligned with market after some years. There is no meaning for promotion. You will get promotion with zero hike.
