- Very small room for growth or flexibility. - They keep idiosyncratic bureaucracy, where resources are seen as numbers and not as people. - Management systems (such as the ones for requesting vacations or declaring travel expenses) are very complicated to use. - Indian people won't adapt to local customs, especially the ones related to hygiene.
