H&R Block has no idea how a company should be run!!! They never did anything about all the things that don't work. Management makes it so clear they don't care if all the employees are miserable. The computer systems are terrible (don't let them tell you otherwise - when your in the office trying to work, you'll find out how much the systems fail!!) Also - it is minimum wage, but if you add in all the hours of class time and studying you have to do to get employment with them every season (for which you hav to pay them!!), it works out to be a lot less than minimum wage. Do not consider working for this company at all, ever! They really have zero idea how a company should be run.
