It's great work if you like being outside and working on your own. Project manager was a great guy and was very helpful when you needed anything.

A lot of out of pocket expense to stay ready for the weather, no real safety worries from the company. When I first started the Team Lead was abusing his powers and making working conditions very hard. Company did nothing to fix the issues. Once promoted I had no management training had to learn it all on my own.
