Pros
This is long overdue, but I wanted to give this after some time and experiences had passed.
I worked here for nearly 4 years, in Denver, and then in Boulder. I started out like many, very green. As soon as I started, I quickly realized the amount of work I had ahead of me, but found the amount of support and encouragement was much greater despite the office change.
The job itself has its ups and downs just like any job, but what separates Greystone from the pack is the emphasis leadership puts on culture. Leadership from the top down focuses on authentic feedback from you as an employee. You will find you can always discuss things with your manager, and they will work with you to try come up with a solution. Leadership has your back, they want you to succeed if you want to. Their feedback isn't intended to back you into a corner, but help you get to the next level. (RARE!)
Time off is excellent, and much appreciated for what the industry has to offer.
Frankly, this was the absolute best place I have ever worked in. This sounds a bit fluffed, but it's the honest truth.
Matt S. and Bobby S. are arguably Jedi Knights. Hats off to both of you, not a chance I would be where I am without you gentlemen. ......Thank You...Very Much. This company will forever hold a special spot in my heart throughout my life. Maybe when the timing is right our paths will cross again. I hope.
Kontras
"Areas of Focus:" ;)
-Health benefits could use some improvement for the price. (non High Deductible)
-MSP world appears to pose internal growth challenges. You have culture, mastering this would be unprecedented (in my opinion)
