On PTO vs. Mental Health: Our Total Rewards program was designed to reflect our values and areas in which we specialize, with mental health as a key pillar. This includes coverage for employees and their dependents with no co-pay, ensuring broad access to care. PTO is competitive within our sector, and we regularly review both benefits based on data and employee input.
On Remote Work: Our hybrid work model currently provides flexibility for the majority of roles to work remotely up to three days per week. This flexibility is important to us, particularly as many organizations have now reduced remote work to one or two days weekly, and others have eliminated it entirely. We remain focused on clear communication as we evolve and adapt to changing needs.
On Culture and Terminations: Decisions are made thoughtfully, and we encourage employees to speak up. Feedback and transparency remain core to how we operate, and our leadership team is accessible.
