It is unfortunate this has been your experience. We strive to ensure our employees feel valued for the contributions they make on behalf of our company and work in an environment that promotes healthy work relationships.
With regards to compensation, we complete reviews and compensation increases annually. We consider market value for all non-sales positions, and employee performance in role. If an employee were to not receive a salary increase or receive a below average increase, it would be due to sub-standard performance in role. We question the validity of the accusations in this post based on the fact that we have not had a single employee in an admin role receive a 0% salary increase 3 review periods in a row. We encourage you to reach out to the HR team to discuss.
Your perceptions of company travel, and treatment of our marketers is grossly inaccurate. We have events for our financial service professionals, much like other sales organization. The marketers in attendance at those events are working long hard hours during those events. Unfortunately, you are receiving some very inaccurate and unfortunate information. As for the complaint regarding interpersonal relationships, the HR team takes formal complaints very seriously should they be received via standard reporting procedures as defined in the employee handbook. If you’d like to schedule a meeting with HR, please do so via internal email or phone.
Unfortunately, it sounds like this job hasn’t been a great fit for you. We wish you all the best in finding something that is a better fit for your future. That being said, I would strongly encourage you to meet with HR as it sounds like you have a lot of misconceptions about Gradient and the business we are in.
