We take feedback on culture and leadership seriously and would have appreciated the opportunity to hear and discuss these concerns while you were part of the team, as honest conversations help us learn, evolve, and make meaningful improvements. Aman deeply respects people and believes in giving everyone enough time and support to improve, even at the expense of significant loss of time and money. He does struggle to reconcile and reacts badly with people who demonstrate poor commitment or poor work-ethic and fail to do their part in spite of his significant efforts to motivate and support such team members. He has lost his cool a few times and he regrets it. There is no justification for this action or expression. He has unconditionally apologized for this and tried his best to make amends and change his work-style with people. We can vouch for his best intent for everyone who works at the company and all of us wish you the very best for the future.
