      Website Design, External Assigned Project Personnel and Stakeholders are awesome to work with. Internally, it is a trickle down process of deceit and distrust unless you conform to the lapdog mentality opposed to doing what is best for project and client.

      Pros

      I have learned a lot from the Leadership and have grown as a professional. I learned commitment, diligence, and sincerity. I do not know how to put it in a word, but also matured as a person by being/working with you for past years. Mrs. Hirsch has been a wonderful boss and a mentor. I just wanted to express my appreciation, looking back the past years.

      Backlog has been soft due to the lack of a federal budget however the market is coming back and the Company is winning new contracts and work.
