Young and friendly demographic, for the most part. If you work here long enough you will leave with a lot of friends and people you will keep in touch with after you leave. Growth opportunities. New positions are opening up each day. If you are a good employee, you can also transfer departments pretty easily. Most managers are open to it. Stable company/industry Great experience. You will be exposed to many different scenarios and very cool projects that will give you experience that you can take with you after you leave.

The job you are evaluated on isnt always the job that you do. Which makes it difficult to advance and get promoted. They underpay their most loyal employees, but give new employees fair compensation. If you want to be paid what you are worth, or even industry standard, you are better off resigning and rejoining Goosehead at a later time. Can be high stress. Project deadlines don't always make sense and are decided on by exec leadership. It's "h In the past year they have cut PTO, reduced bonuses, and threatened to take away WFH opportunities.
