Coworkers were pleasant to work with more often than not. Great way to harness customer service skills. Flexible on when needing a day off.

Kontras

Management lacked in communication every so often; led to confusing turnouts on what was the number one priority. The store would be ripped to shreds after cleaning up at closing, but that came with the territory.

Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
