They really have open opportunity's, If you do not have work experience, if your someone who is working with a visa or looking to obtain a visa, if your someone who has a troubled past. Goodwill is about second chances. They really will have a position for you and try to fit you in as best as possible. For that this is a great company. great benefits great people to work with.

Now if your someone with experience, someone who has years of training. This is hard to recommend. With company politics, low wages, very few raise opportunities and position/title constantly being changed its hard to recommend to someone who expecting to be set in a job position for at least 5 plus years. If your someone who is looking for a true modern corporate life style this is not the place.
