Their mission of putting people to work. The customers and assisting people to find what they need. Noble mission and do a lot of good for the community.

Do not value employees. Inability to move up in most cases. Education is useless. Treatment of average employees by store managers can be difficult and unsatisfactory. Although not advertised, the bottom line is more important than employees. Health benefits are discount insurance only, no sick leave offered but do earn personal time off.
