      Great products in the past

      Kontras

      Leadership has lost the power to make decisions, even details are done by the private equity owners. No consideration about customers or staff except on paper. Acquire companies but no capabilities to integrate.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
