- Self care day once a month - reschedulable - Flexible work hours (except for customer supporting roles of course) - Mainly Home Office based, with optional office place in the office in Astoria - Fairly good cafeteria and insurance benefits - Very good company social responsibility programs and company gifts to employees - 2 volunteer days/year off, volunteering opportunities - Beer and board game nights organized in the office

- Sometimes lack of communication from management's strategic decisions regarding staff, layouts and reorganization of teams - Mediocre salaries compared to other multinational companies (especially in the non-IT related fields - Lack of career opportunities

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Kontras

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
