      - Wonderful office, great amenities, central location - Diverse tech-stack, lots of opportunities to learn - Great off-work events - Good work-life balance

      Kontras

      - Unhealthy completive environment The whole company have a name as one of the best, but overall, the tech is average, the salary is ok at best, toxic people are welcomed till they gets the job done. Tons of passive-agressiveness is floating around the whole company. I never had worst experience in IT than this. Not good for your mental health.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Kontras

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
