Wirklich gute Leute, persönlich und beruflich ... zum größten Teil (siehe 'Nachteile').

Kontras

Wie die meisten großen Unternehmen besteht LMI aus kleineren Abteilungen. In meinem Fall - in LastPass - war das mittlere Management unerfahren und das obere Management defensiv und inkompetent. Es passiert ... schade.

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
