Pros

Good peers to work with and remote work is always fantastic for flexibility. The core products should be industry leaders (but aren't).

Kontras

The industry keeps growing but the company shrinks and does layoffs 1-2x every year (I've been here 6 years). The executives set goals and never meet them but for some reason, the leadership never gets fired. There are no opportunities for growth within the company, leading to top performers leaving for other organizations. The cost of healthcare is higher than other companies in the space I've recently spoken to.

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Kontras

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
