      Pros

      Working in cybersecurity can be rewarding and interesting on the daily.

      Kontras

      Management does not have a clear path forward. Lead generation does not exist. Better have a roledex of contacts ready to purchase a sub-optimal product before considering sales life here.

      Pros

      Work life balance, though there are times that require over 8 hours a day due to deadlines, etc., there is flexibility to accommodate personal events without issue. Open communication between supervisor and employees. Company updates/communication from management on a weekly basis. Most employees are working remote since Covid.

      Kontras

      Since Covid, US offices were closed. My position on working remote is although it is convenient, the personal interaction "around the water cooler" isn't as frequent -- although my department does a 30-minute semi-monthly video "meeting," so that is a positive.
