In addition, they listen to your concern and greatly value your thoughts and opinions. Employees here are very nice and the culture is not rigid like a corporate structure.

As a start-up, there are some limitations, such as budgeting for advertisement campaigns. But this is just a minor impediment. You work with what you're given with and this can be turned into a good thing.
