What sold me on Glow wasn’t just the product, it was the people and the process. There’s a strong mission behind what we’re doing, and that shows up in customer conversations. You’re not just trying to hit quota—you’re helping small businesses with something they actually need. On top of that, I’ve felt supported since day one. Leadership checks in regularly without hovering, and I’ve gotten great mentorship from more experienced reps. The comp plan is fair and reachable, and tools provided are up-to-date and easy to use. You’ll see a lot of negative reviews here but trust me, those are the people who were not able to improve themselves or couldn’t keep up with the pace. I have seen people coming in to work for just the next paycheck and then leave for a bit more. Happy that with recent changes in hiring practices, we’re filtering those people out.

There are moments when deal support can feel a little slow, especially when multiple teams are involved. You might have to nudge follow-ups more than you’d like when coordinating handoffs. Also, the product is still evolving, so you have to stay plugged in and on top of updates. That’s not a bad thing but it adds an extra layer of prep when selling. That being said, I do want to mention that if you’re not ready to put in the time and efforts to help build here, you should stay away because you are definitely not going make it.
