Nearly impossible to hit quota consistently. If you have a customer churn it goes against your number. If you close a $50K deal and then get $50K of churn (even if a company goes bankrupt or ceases to exist) it nets out to $0. When you join they don’t give you your full OTE in your first couple months (only half of your variable comp guaranteed) this was a surprise to me when I joined.

Established leader in it's space, despite tough competition and volatile stock price

This was the utmost disappointing and unprofessional hiring process in my entire career. I nailed the first interview rounds, leading to an assessment center. I was highly ranked after and invited to a final f2f meeting. Less than 24 hours came the cancellation without a good cause and I have never ever been contacted - this happened 3,5 months ago ! Radio silence ever since
