It is really great to hear that you felt heard and valued as an employee, as this is a critical area of our culture that we work hard toward. Our aim through our flexible working principles is to give all employees the space to balance personal obligations and professional responsibilities, while feeling most productive and comfortable. This flexibility is something we have strived toward well before the pandemic and will continue to support in the future. However, I am disappointed that you felt that you did not have an opportunity to share feedback. We distribute an annual Engagement Survey, an annual Pulse Survey, facilitate quarterly Manager Check-In Conversations, share toolkits on giving feedback, host Open Forums with the CEO, and more. I am keen to learn more about the barriers you felt in this space. Further, we divide our Sales function regionally to ensure that we have a true global approach. Our teams in EMEA and APAC are skilled in the complexity of our products and have alignment with with the customers in these locations.
