Terribly managed, staff aren't treated like people, need to find your own cover for shifts, company harps on about mental well being since covid and working from home yet this does not apply to the customer advisor employees as you are the lowest of the company and totally overlooked, insufficient training for role, under staffed due to poor management and treatment of employees.
