1. Good learning experience as it is a project based software house. 2. young & optimistic team. 3. Good for those staring out, as project based companies give you wide range of experience.

1. Work schedule may be: Free = really free. Busy = really busy ([unpaid]overtime busy). 2. Senior Management politics may affect lower employees.

Great work timing for back office and admin, Peaceful and employer friendly. No other offices in my knowledge treats its employees almost everyday.

I think the unskilled employees should have lesser control over the administration. The actual (skilled) employees could be more polished and disciplined.
