They have flexible hpurs and allows child ride along.
Kontras
They are extremely vague and ignore questions during the on board processing. They don't discuss pay until drug testing but expect you to work hours doing training while you wait for results. From there the pay is way to low starting at 11.75 an hour for a very stressful and repetitive job. They don't advance your pay beyond a cost of living increase (they call it a performance increase) . Finally they don't train you at all. They are struggling to find and keep employees but treat them terribly.
